As we sit here in Wisconsin on the first day of January 2021, we ponder the year of 2020 just past. Some of us contemplate the loss of our 244-year republic, the greatest experiment in self-governance, ever known to mankind because we see it being dismantled right before our eyes without so much as a whimper from our elitist, but cowardly and self-serving state and federal legislative "servants." Therefore, it is important that all conservatives and all patriots in this state and country understand unequivocally and without a doubt that this is the last call for freedom!

17 Other States Join Texas in Suing Wisconsin, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania
The basis for the suit against Wisconsin is basically along the same lines as our case in Mueller v. Jacobs which was dismissed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court on December 3, 2020.
The citizens of Wisconsin should wholeheartedly support this Texas-based lawsuit by calling the other states' attorney generals and thanking them since our own legislators cannot seem to find their principles and stand up against the wrongdoing and culpability of their own Speaker of the Assembly Robin Vos and Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald for approving of the illegal ballot drop boxes, knowing full well that they had never passed legislation making these absentee ballot drop boxes legal. See DNC's Intervenor's Brief: page 5 and appendix 1.

Democratic National Committee Responds with a Motion to Intervene
In Response to Petitioner Dean W. Mueller's Emergency Petition for Original Action to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the Democratic National Committee has intervened in this lawsuit and has filed their Response from their attorney's (in part), Seth P. Waxman, WILMER CUTLER PICKERING HALE AND DORR LLP of Washington, DC; Charles G. Curtis, Jr., PERKINS COIE LLP, Madison, WI; David Lesser, WILMER CUTLER PICKERING HALE AND DORR LPP, New York, NY; and Marc E. Elias, PERKINS COIE LLP, Washington, D.C.
Their argument against Mr. Mueller's Petition is:
- He lacks standing
- The suit seeks an end-run around Wisconsin's recount procedure
- Mr. Mueller's challenge regarding WEC's ballot drop boxes is subject to the exclusive judicial review provisions of Wis. Stat. §227.40(1)
- They claim Mr. Mueller's petition is fact-bound rather than a question of law
- Respondents claim the equity bars relief
We are still waiting to hear if the Wisconsin Supreme Court will be accepting this Original Action Case regarding the question of whether 500 ballot drop boxes spread around the state without legislative authority are in fact legal. We will keep you advised. Please pray for us.
